Hi Nicole. I have a mental health nurse so I’m getting support. I just wanted to be honest about what it’s like living with postnatal depression. So many moms feel like this but we feel we can’t be honest due to judgement.

And yes, I have no desire to actually kill myself. It’s suicidal ideation rather than intent.
